Coming to the Bristol Robotics Laboratory
Please note: The construction of a new Student Union facility is currently underway. For the duration of the building works, access to the Bristol Robotics Laboratory will be gained via the UWE Exhibition and Conference Centre (ECC) car park. The current estimated completion date is June 2015.
Should you need to park a vehicle, please request a Car Parking Permit by email prior to your visit. Please enter the campus via the North Entrance on the A4174. At the roundabout take the second exit then follow the signs reading "BRL Temporary Car Park". Please remember to display you visitor's Car Parking Permit and then follow the signs to "BRL's Temporary Entrance" at the back of the building.

Travelling by Car
Please enter the Frenchay Campus through the North
Entrance and follow the red signs.
The Frenchay Campus is easily accessible from Junction 1 of the M32. The M32 joins the M4 at Junction 19. For Satellite Navigation purposes use BS34 8QZ. Further detail travel directions are available here.
Parking for BRL visitors is available at the front of T Block. Please ensure arrangements have been made with your host for a parking pass to be available for collection at the Bristol Robotics Laboratory reception.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer tours of Bristol Robotics Laboratory to the public. However the laboratory is sometimes accessible as part of the guided tours offered during open days for the University of the West of England (UWE). Please see the UWE Open Day page for details regarding the next open day including a tour of BRL.
